Rude and bad service

I email this company regarding issues with the latency whilst playing games. Rude and etiquetteless responses was sent back asking for account information. I send the needed information back to them on saturday , and today i had to email them again because they did not respond to my last one. I ask them why they did'nt reply to my previous question and was answered with just \What problems are you having". <br> <br> In adition to the rude service the internet latency has been unplayable from the second week we had the internet installed and it doesn't seem like anyone at Level 7 knows how to fix these problems. Pings in game jump from 230-270 and is never stable(never stays at the same ping). Sometimes it even jumps up to 700 and then slowly goes down. I use winbox to check my connection and there is nothing wrong on my side( no downloads etc.) . I can't help but think the lines are congested and can not handle the amount of people they are giving the service to. <br> <br> Twice the internet has went off during the night only to be fixed the next morning at 8:00.<br> <br> I would not recommend this isp with bad service and ludicrous prices to anyone."""
