Relocation Fee

Please have a close look before signing a contract with Level 7 internet, we are relocating and wanted to move our line across to the new premises. They want to charge us R2500, as they state that they have to terminate the contract and open a new one for the new premises. We have never requested a termination of contract.The new premises has already got Openserve installed. thus they want to charge R2500 to move a line by changing and activating the new address. This is **************** in very trying times.
