You might end up paying more than you need to and sitting without connection most of the time. IT not the smartest online and doesn't like doing house calls. Likes blaming other service providers for faults, Not the most affordable supplier, Definitely not the best at providing customer service, Internal Disconnect between their staff members & sales, accounts, support departments. Ties you up in your contract with clauses to take your money left, right & center. Definitely not renewing with them, cannot wait for this contract to end.
