Praise for Matthew my hero

I have been a client of level 7 internet since 2019. I have been without internet for 10 days. I have had to buy data and pay for this service. I been so frustrated until i spoke with a gentleman named Matthew. He was so polite and professional he took his time to look for the fault with my line and found out that the router is faulty and set up a router i had handy without any problem. This gentleman is really super telanted and deserves to be rewarded
