Poor Service Very poor product

I have been at Level 7 now for quite a while now but for the past two months we I have been struggling with this company. Speed of wifi fluctuates a lot, in such a way that you cannot view your normal streaming like NETFLIX or SHOWMAX. I have been struggling the past month to get this company to fix the problem to no avail. I am really considering cancelling my subscription.
