Please don't waste your money signing up with Level 7!

I have been struggling since November with my internet! After MANY hours on the phone to Support, they said I need to renew my contract and get a new router. So I did what they said, after a week of following up, my router was delivered to me (the agent said that whoever did the router order, did not add it to the que so that is why it took so long).

So the new router arrives, I had to spend 3 hours on the phone with Support to get everything set up. I kept telling them I work from home and can not Zoom. Every time they had this or that excuse. Eventually I was told that I had install an extra router and a cable to my laptop (that was never necessary before I got the new router). In the meantime I lost A LOT of time with my work as I had to struggle with the issues in November and December.

They eventually send a technician to my house to install the cable and extra router. He tells me it is not necessary to install the cable and did a few settings on my laptop. I asked him THREE times: Are you SURE I will be able to Zoom? He said yes.

So the next day I go on holiday, only to start working again today and see that I have a slow connection. I can not Zoom. I phoned this morning, they insured me they will follow up and put me down as a priority installation - even today still. After not hearing back when I accepted the quote for the cable installation, I phone to follow up and be told that they can only install it next week Thursday.

AFTER REPEATEDLY TELLING THEM THAT I CAN NOT WORK, I JUST GET THIS ATTITUDE FROM THEM THAT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. EVEN THOUGH IT IS THEIR MISTAKE AND IT IS THEIR GUY WHO SAID IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO INSTALL THE CABLE!

I have even tried cancelling my contract with them, but was told by a really arrogant guy that I will need to buy it out as I signed a year contract. Please do not waste your money signing up with them!!!!
