Pathetic service! NEVER RECOMMEND LEVEL 7

Endless issues with Level 7! I have been with them since September 2019, and I can assure you that the level of service they promise is non existent! Low And broken connectivity, resulting In me upgrading my line speed as per their recommendation that would have sorted the line out. More costs resulted in less service, and less or no connectivity. I have spoken to almost everyone, and still till date nothing has been resolved. After being patient for almost a year Ive been told that if I get angry they wont attend to my complaints! I have been promised credit on my account for all inconvenience, and just to learn today that it was all a lie! Ive requested that the owner contacts me and I was assured that he will, well still waiting...Ive lost income due to them and will never recommend them to anyone! Do NOT waist your money moving over to them.
