Pathetic service

From being the BEST I ever yo the Worst service. 1week nobody prioritizes you. The receptionists also started just routing my calls to departments. If they not constantly on smoke breaks, they sitting on calls all day. 5different ppl in 1 day and everyone sees different things! In my opinion your sense of urgency is non existent. I have used my personal call charges everyone claims to call you back. Catch a wake up before you become like the others!
