pathetic service
I've ordered a package from Level 7 internet. I signed the digital contract and submitted just to find out the offered package is not available, so I had to go through the process again. Now I ordered a package from vumatel and what a mess! Level 7 keeps on saying they escalated the installation to vumatel but I still haven't received any feedback.

09 Mar 2023, 16:31Good Day Shaun, our regular turn around time for Vumatel installations is 1-2 weeks. Due to some variables on your line, unfortunately this could take a bit longer. We have however liaised with our Customer Service team whom have been keeping you up to date and can see your router is to be collected tomorrow. Our apologies if this may have caused any frustration.
