Pathetic internet and service!!!

We have been logging internet issues for 2 weeks now. Nobody is resolving the issue. They don't even phone you back as promised. Logging faults over email and their website and still no joy! As i m typing this email now I m holding on for an agent for the last 20 minutes. Our 10mbps wireless network has not seen 10mpbs for more then 2 weeks. Running on 0.15 to 5mbps second at any given time. Can't watch Tv and if we are in luck to open a movie etc. the picture quality is terrible!!. Switch the wifi on and off, plugged and unplugged the wifi endless times. If this is the service we are getting then we will cancel. It does not even matter that we have a contract as they are not delivering on their promises! 1 star is to high a rating. Pathetic to say the least....
