Over the top good service

I've been with this ISP for a 5+ years with very few problems or connectivity issues and this week something happened that shook me to my core.

I've been experiencing some very intermittent and short lived disconnections of the wireless service over the past week or two, I was going to get around to calling them but it is such a small annoyance I just haven't bothered.

Lo and behold, out of the blue THEY PHONED ME on Tuesday to make an appointment for their technicians to come around fix the problem.

Big Props to the team at Level 7 - I've always recommended this service to anybody that asked about internet options in my neighborhood and this is just another feather in their cap.
