Not Suitable For Online Gaming
If you are doing competitive online gaming, avoid this ISP at all costs. My latency is anywhere between 7ms and 360ms. Download speeds are anywhere from 20mb to 200mb on a 300mb package costing me R1000. I then message them - they make changes to the internet which only lasts a couple of days to a few hours and back to the same issues again.

27 Nov 2023, 10:00Hi Willie, we've noted that the issue is caused by local Wi-Fi interface and it would be advised to connect a cabled device to not be affected by this. I see our support department has been in contact in order to rectify any issues you might be facing.
