No Fibre
This is not a complaint my ISP MegaSurf cancelled my fibreline because of a misunderstanding but i have been stuck without fibre since Vumatel installed the hardware the ONT device has a signal nut i have no fibre not activated probably i already had 3 Megasurf technicians at my house and spent 2 hours on the phone with snother who couldn't solve the problem finally the last one told me the problem is with level 7 no Account is found my ref number with Megasurf RAC002 I am not paying for a service that is not being delivered

18 Oct 2020, 18:51I contacted ISACA, the Consumergoods Ombudsman, The Beeld newspaper, Internet Service Providers Assosiation, The minister of Communications offices regarding the fact i was told when i wanted to cancel My contract was still new 6 months which is not true first invoice dated June 2019 its now October 2020 thats more than 6 months then i'm charged R 999 for cancellation and it will only be end November then i'm charged call out fees for a service that wantNo payment will be made to Megasurf working in the first place No payment will be made to Megasurf for any service i need my service cancelled wwith immedite effect in order for me to join another ISP i don't want my service with Vumatel cancelled
