Nico Heyneke saved me today.

After 2 weeks of some serious struggle to get online. Having a 3rd ONT installed and a bunch of frustration, Nico answered my call today and managed to immediately isolate the issue and get a fixed while I waited on the phone.

He knows his technical stuff too!!
