Never use Level 7 internet!!!!!

I have made use of Level 7 since 2019. I am so utterly disappointed in the lack of technical service. Also their cancellation policies are ridiculous!! I am in an area where I decided to move to Rain as there was no fibre. They charged me almost R3000 to cancel!!!! And kept deducting service fees for 3 months. After a long fight I gave up and decided to pay. I have a 16 month old daughter and money is tight. I really would never ever recommend them to anyone!!!! Horrific! They also don't comply with the Consumer Protection Act. What good is having an Act to protect the consumer if they can get away with things like this!!! Ridiculous!
