Never expected a service like this . . .an excellent one that is!

Based on recommendations on social media platforms, specifically in our area recommendations about Level-7 kept on popping up in majority. So did a bit of research and the package which we needed came also up with the best price, terms and conditions.

From getting in contact with the team at Level-7 and their installation partners, the installation and activation was done and dusted within two days.

This was beyond our expectation because we estimated minimum 2-weeks before anything would happen. However, keeping in mind, we did not have to wait for Metrofibre to do the main box to house infrastructure as this was already in place. Guess this on top might have taken a bit longer.

All our questions were also quickly answered and assistance provided swiftly.

Till date we are very satisfied with the product, service and response times.
