Most pathetic ISP ever

The most pathetic ISP ever, in my opinion.Despite numerous complaints about our poor bandwidth this isp prefers to blame my usage i.e. downloads for the poor service rendered by them.There is no consistency in the bandwidth supp**** with the speed never being near the promised (up to 10 MB\s) speed.Only upon reporting the poor bandwidth would the speed miracuously increase & only for a while until noticed.
