Money making sceme

So, I have fiber installed bu Level 7. Now I'm moving address, the house I move to already has fiber also currently with Level 7, but Level 7 charge me R2500 to move the current wifi. Apparently it's an early cancellation fee that they waive then I must pay the re-installation fee of R2500. This makes no sense at all. I'm not cancelling, I'm moving. No new contract required.
