I have been happy with level 7 internet, until 2 months i struggled with cash, and just out of the blue i got a watsap text that i must pay R8700 or R6700 if the equipment gets collected. Without a warning or a phone call. I called trying to come to a sensible agreement as i would like to resume services, but they jst dont want to talk.i dont think thats how you treat your customers. I feel dismissed.

23 Nov 2022, 17:32Good Day, please be advised you signed into a 12 month contract agreement with Level-7 and therefore payment is required monthly. It is not a pay as you use service. Reminder emails were sent for the overdue account as of October, to which we unfortunately received no feedback. Accounts are handed over should they be more than 2 months overdue.
We do reserve the right deny service should an account be overdue per your contract.
