Level 7/Frogfoot new connection

Waiting for my connection via Frogfoot but Frogfoot cant get hold of me and i can not phone them direct as per Level 7, so level 7 also can not provide feedback from Frogfoot as they are a 3rd party, so nobody can phone nobody. So the service from level 7 is unacceptable as they said they will provide feedback and follow up but I as a client must phone them for feedback, sending a mail to Frogfoot from Level 7 to request to phone the client is not following up, really. If it it so difficult just to get a set up with Level 7 i wonder how difficult it will be be to resolve a problem?
