Level 7 - Worst Service

They have the worst service ever. The internet drops constantly. We complained and they sent a technician out. We were told it is due to us doing a reset. We were instructed by there Consultant to reset who then also provided us with the new Password. Then we get told we have to pay a Call out fee of R500.00! After having a technician on site as well as a Consultant assisting the following day for over 40 mins the internet is still exactly the same!! The worst service ever!!!
