Level-7 worst provider I have experienced

It has taken almost a 2 months to get My fiber signed up and running. in this time I had not even received a router as yet but my first bill had already been emailed to me. I have upgraded from 10mbps ADLS Telkom to 20mbps Fiber Level-7, BIGGEST mistake. line drops every 5 - 10 minutes. I have sent screenshots, pics everything possible with no satisfaction. they response after 2 -3 days and I am working from home. I have been billed in advance for March however have not had ONE day of constant connection.
