Level 7 worst internet service provider.

The worst service provider on planet earth! Over a month now I have been having issues with this fibre, continuously loosing connection. Almost every week I see a level 7 bakkie within the Scarlet Park complex Centurion, but with the continuous issues they have never bothered to send a technician to fix my issues, even though I’ve asked them multiple times. I went to incredible connection, bought a network cable but still loosing connection. They know we are working from home but the service I’m getting is dismal. They keep saying, “I have updated your configurations and performed a reboot. I will closely monitor your internet”, guess what a day later an issue again! I have spoken to Vorn, Dean etc... I have a list of expects I have spoken to but still they just don’t care. By the way I never miss a payment monthly. If you need some frustrations in your life. Open an account with level 7.
