Level-7 Wireless - STAY AWAY
Predatory accounts department.
You pay additional fees for upgrading. Additional fees for downgrading. Additional fees for a missed debit order. Additional fees for cancelling an expired contract. Then once cancelled, the Debit order does not get removed. So you have to go to your bank to remove them from trying to charge you one last month.
And then they want to invoice you for their own router. Their contract states their client can return or facilitate Level-7 to collect the router. But no, they insist you courier their router to them. Obviously looking to charge you R900,00 for a bad quality router you can get for R300,00 bucks anywhere else.
Then they want to charge you R 750,00 for collecting their own router. Next step is probably to threaten their clients with legal action for not adhering to their predatory practices that goes against their own contract. They make up this garbage as they go along.
Worst ISP I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If you're looking for an abusive relationship, I can highly recommend Level-7. Otherwise, literally any other ISP is better.
Some of the additional charges are passed on from our Fibre Network Operators (FNOs), and we strive to be transparent about these in our service agreement.
Following a review of your account, we noted multiple failed payment attempts, which, as outlined in the signed agreement, incur a reconnection fee.
Concerning the router, we offer two options: you’re welcome to courier it back to us at your own expense, or you may return it to us directly.
You’re also welcome to contact our customer service department to assist with arranging the return.
Regards, Level-7

Best regards,
In your contract it states the client must return or facilitate Level-7 to collect the router.
That is a 24-Month contract that has expired in any case.
I have tried to facilitate Level-7 to collect their router, but you are refusing to abide by the rules stipulated within your own contract.
And now you're handing it over to your legal team.
This is the ****my customer service one can experience from Level-7. This will cost you far more customers and money than simply replying to my mails so that you can collect your own router.
I was willing to drop off the router myself at the beginning, but I received no reply back from your team. Only an invoice every few days.
I paid all the penalties and nonsense fees you threw at me. It's time you hold up your end of the contract. Collect your router and stop harassing me.
