Level-7 provides decent service and competitive pricing (en heelwat Afrikaanse hulp beskikbaar)

I moved over to Level-7 from 1 May 2020. Again, as with my previous service provider, Vumatel was a problem. They typically take 5 business days to transfer a line which is horrible. Fortunately Vumatel appears to be working over the weekends given the lock down so they did not have a backlog (apparently they do quite a bit of work manually still).

After a bit of a communication failure between myself and Level-7 I got sorted and as a new sign-up I received a 3-month free deal from Level-7/Vumatel. Not only am I now paying around R100 less per month for my 20/20 line I also got 3 months free!

An added bonus is that they seem to have many Afrikaans-speaking staff which is a welcome change.

Totally worth it :)
