Level-7 poor service
I would like to share my experience with all out there. I have not entered the correct reference on my banking details for 2 months in a row. I have been penalized with a R360 rand fine. I could not cancel my month to month contract until I paid the money. I have to give a calender months notice before a can leave this service provider. That means although it is month to month they force you to stay till end of January 2025. So much for a month to month contract? Further, I also had ongoing issues with the internet buffering a laid numerous complains in the past but this still happens now as we speak. I will not recommend anybody to even use Level-7 as their internet provider. Service and customer service in none existing. Waited for two day for management to contact me??

I still stick to my original complaint, how can you penalize people for sending the wrong ref on the payment. You going to loose many clients. I did not have one call apologizing. Poor poor poor service. I rest my case
