Level 7 ISP

Pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call enquiring if I'm experiencing any issues that needs attention. Would be awesome if this happens on a regular basis to keep ISP/client relationship healthy. Bonus points for speaking to an actual human and not a machine 🙌🏻
