Level 7 is very bad at handling clients.

After such a long time with level 7 internet. Am leaving them. I am very disappointed with the way the accounts department treated me on this last day. I just got suspended, they demand me to pay extra fees after some increase which i was not aware. Now we cant make payment until end of the month.
