Level 7 internet service getting worse by the day.

We moved from another service provider to level 7 after referrals on social media, we had excellent service but for the last few months connection keeps on getting worse, we pay for a 50mbps fibre line but some days and evenings the connection is very poor, we need a 50mbps line for the program we work on and we get this. We constantly send complaints but I realized that level 7 is losing interest, is the reason our location or just lack of interest?
