Level-7 Internet
Was without internet for days / weeks after arranging WiFi at the new address a month in advance. Moved to another provider and had a working WiFi router within 24 hours. Level 7 is holding me liable for the remainder of the contract after not providing a service, despite my pleas to sort it out as I worked from home and it was detrimental not having WiFi. Conveniently I was to continue paying even while not having WiFi service. No responsibility on their side for not providing a service and conveniently threatening with legal action for cancelling!!!

12 May 2023, 10:17Hi Kaamillah, We apologies for the inconvenience caused The delay was due to the Fibre provider experienced challenges with creating the premise and allocating fibre to the premise. As per your agreement you are still liable for the outstanding amount of your current service whilst relocating and new service not being active yet, as explained by our cancelations department.
