Level 7 internet

Please dont even consider level 7 internet. First i get charged r2500 for relocation fee.(but i have to use the old router).After this for 3 months i have to pay r1700 per month for a 200 meg line but but i only recieve 10 meg to 20 meg upload and download speed.Then i have to on my own cost lay cables to ensure i get the best performamce out of my fibre.Then to top it i have always paid via eft and suddenly just after making an eft payment they also run a debit order from my acc.(i double checked that i have no debicheck on this).now i get told that i have to wait 12 days for them to refund me???its not like they would wait 12 days for payment no if you dont pay your line gets cut.you cant even cancel the service because for that you also have to pay!!
