Level 7 installation team

I assume I only rate the installation team. They are always great and kniw what they doing. If I had to rate the whatsapp and callcentre for help, it would be a zero. Since it had been outsourced, you dont get any help or issues sorted.. Their only responce, Nothing is wrong on our side. After sceaming and fighting, tbey suddenly pick up something that will be fixed. Luckely, you dont need them to often, as I have 90% uptime during the year.
