Absolutely useless they only want money rather then to help I have been with them for more then 5 years and it's the first time I had to pay a relocation fee of R2500 then they came to install my work after I moved then they said they get no signal after they where supposed to do a site survey but they didn't they told me they get no signal but I have to pay another R1850 for an aditional router and cabling for them to give me wifi and then I have to install it in another house where they got signal after I told them that they should try putting the dish on top of the pole I pointed out and they refused so now they say if I want to cancel I have to pay another R2500 ...it's ridiculous rather for them to help and see what else they can do to assist me they want money rather then to help solve the problem I am 3 weeks without internet I have a business to run and I cannot do any invoicing to get paid , they came here 3 o clock in the afternoon and then said I have to pay over time for them to work to do the installation that's they one of R1850 so in total I have to pay R1850 and R2500 to get internet ****** useless company no remorse
