Worst service ever been 5 weeks going on 6 weeks and will be another week or 2

we are back at Square one i need to relocate now there is 10 000 stories then there is service then there is no service then there is MFN service i had to sign new contract then next day no sorry no service then a story about i need to issue them with the body cooperate details
i do not have such details i am yet to move in to the complex on 02/02/2022 ????? please advice person on whatsapp is not much of help
