Level 7 and open serve fail.
Wifi has been down since wednesday, after it had been working for the past 2 weeks.
The client service commit and make pronises but have turned around to blame open serve, we pay level 7 not open serve and this the Blame lies with level 7.
Now we are told that this can only be resolved on monday as they cannot get a tesponse from open serve.
