Level-7 A-Team Excellence

Dealing with Level-7 is an absolute pleasure, I sent through a request to find out if they could upgrade my speed of the current connection I have with Level-7, within minutes they responded advising they would check and get back to me. It was only a couple more minutes and they rep**** again saying that they could and how would i like going about doing so, needless to say within an hour or 2 I was upgraded.
