Lack of service -
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today from Level 7 and OpenServe. I had an installation appointment scheduled for between 10:00 and 12:00 to set up Wi-Fi at our new home. This installation was crucial as we are in the process of moving in and require connectivity from day one.
Unfortunately, no technician arrived during the agreed time slot, and I received no call or update. After waiting until well past 1 PM, I had to take the initiative and phone Level 7. Their consultant informed me that it wasn’t their issue and placed the blame on OpenServe.
While I understand that Level 7 may use third-party providers, my contract is with Level 7—not OpenServe—and I expect them to manage and take responsibility for the performance of their partners. Instead, I was left waiting with no proactive communication, no explanation, and no resolution.
Eventually, I received a WhatsApp message from Level 7 stating that they were "following up." That was the last I heard.
This is not the first time I’ve had to endure such poor service. The last time I signed up, I had to wait over three weeks without Wi-Fi due to a similar lack of action and accountability. For this reason, I had specifically requested an early installation.
Level 7’s repeated failure to manage their service delivery and communicate clearly is unacceptable. I urge them to take responsibility, improve their communication, and provide the service they promise to customers—especially when time-sensitive installations are involved.
