Just as bad as Telkom
Just as bad as Telkom! I dealt with Luke & David who are absolutely shocking individuals. They supposedly sent me emails requesting information - no emails received even after several follow up calls. They couldn't even make a courtesy call. After many complaints still no improvement in service. I had to cancel because I don't want to be locked into these idiots who can even process an application successful - how will they even be able to supply in stable connection.

06 Jan 2020, 09:23Since wrting my initial review Level 7 contacted me to apologise for the bad service I received. I have always maintained that it is not so much what happens that defines a company, but how they deal with what happens that matters more.
It is just unfortunate that it took leaving bad reviews on several platforms to get them it take a closer look. But the end result is that they did take a closer look and did something about it. Mistakes happen - we are all only human. They have demonstrated a determination to make sure every customer and potential customer is a happy customer. They are many companies in their sector I can say that about.
Now lets see now well their service works.
It is just unfortunate that it took leaving bad reviews on several platforms to get them it take a closer look. But the end result is that they did take a closer look and did something about it.
