I’ve been a long time user of Level-7

I’ve been a long time user of Level-7. Their customer support has always been reliable and quick. I do however think their installation fees are way overpriced and not in line with the rest of the industry. My recent installation at my apartment cost me R3999(month-month; vodacom fibre). The installation fee did not cover the cost of the first month’s internet nor did they even come out to install anything, I picked up the router, and had to call them for instructions on how to even connect to the WiFi as there was no communication about the WiFi SSID/password. Installation fees aside, I have no complaints about their internet’s speed and quality.
