Inconsistent line speed.
I purchased a 50mbps up and 50mbps down line but I am usually running on less than 10mbps if the internet is even available. I have found myself missing work meetings and being unable to perform other tasks which require the internet. I have never come across such terrible internet service. I wish Vumatel was in my area so that I can go back to MWEB which has never disappointed me.
