I had a great service from mathew and the other lady who l spoke to at first and l was very happy with the installation of the fibre but the problem started when l had to follow up with the router and they told me to co and fetch it but when l did call again l spoke to Dave he really helped mi and it was sent to mi by couriers as an old lady l had trouble to connect again but at long last everything went smoothly and lm really happy about level -7 thanks
