I am just in awe of the level of exceptional customer service I received from Level 7. I would like to say a BIG thank you to Jesse Nixon, David Kriel and IT Support. My application was done and authorised within 20 minutes. Thank you Jesse! A week later fibre internet was installed. Thank you David! I was kept in the loop of the process leading to fibre installation. Once fibre installed and activated, I called Level 7 Support to finalise activation and it was done so within 10minutes! Thank you team for making me feel so special as if I am the only client! This is what we call " exceptional" customer service. Internet is working fine. You can tell from the people I interacted with that, this is the level of customer service Level-7 pride itself with. May God bless you indeed.
