Great ISP, especially when you need them

When you register with an ISP, and everything goes well in the beginning, it's not necessarily indicative of the kind of service you can expect going forward. It's when you run into issues.

In my case, I did not have a smooth onboarding process. I moved to a new place, and there were issues with registering my fibre line with the fibre provider. This problem lasted for weeks. I was reliant on Level 7 to fight (so to speak) on my behalf to get my line registered.

My experience during this time was as follows: - When you call, the support person already knows who you are and what support ticket you are referring to. They pick this up on your phone number automatically.

- Never once did I call for an update and been told that they "need to find out". I would call, and get updates on what already happened earlier that day - no matter who I spoke to.

- I was assisted with a temporary fiber line, and the billing was adjusted to accommodate for the difference between this and the line I registered for.

- On the temporary fibre line, and (later on) my permanent one, I've had no issues.

Because of the above, I would highly recommend Level 7 as an ISP.
