What an absolute amazing experience to have received such excellent customer service. From enquiring about packages via whatsapp, right through the installation of the fire line, configuring of the router and the activation of our line - it has been pure bliss! The after-sales service has been excellent as well. I had a very traumatizing and frustrating experience with our previous internet provider, and Level-7 has restored my faith in providing affordable and excellent customer service!
