Do not regret giving them a chance!

I have been dealing with ISP's for around 20 years now. This is by far the best experience I have had. Quite honestly want to give them a 10/10.

Placed my order on Friday the 22nd of March. By Monday I was contacted by MetroFibre and arranged the installation for the next day. Metrofibre showed up on time and did the installation within two hours.

Up on confirmation to Level-7 that Metrofibre was done, I received step by step updates of the progress up until my router was ready for collection.

Placed order on Friday, Fibre was working by Thursday (Could have been Wednesday, but I only fetched the router by Thursday).

Their team is very quick to respond with accurate and informative information, I asked a support technician about my billing and he had the accounts team reach out to me with the exact info I needed. I did not need to explain anything again.
