DO NOT RECOMMEND

I’m on the 10mbps/10mbps package . Their internet is INCONSISTENT and SLOW. Everything WILL buffer. It also has a tendency of being down especially from about 22:00 at night onwards on some days and there’s absolutely nothing you can do.

I’ve called them countless of times and they’ve asked me to only use one device at a time to upload anything and make sure nothing else is running on that device . I’ve done that but STILL horribly slow . I’ve checked my internet speed 4 times in the last 30 minutes and it’s at 6.2 Mbps for Uploading when it should be at 10.

I don’t have any problems when I’m streaming Netflix or Youtube but DOWNLOADING and UPLOADING anything ( pdf, mp3,jpg) large files you will get frustrated so if you’re a content creator/editor/ gamer stay away. It takes up to 4hrs which is so ridiculous, I have never experienced such. Uploading at STARBUCKS with their WiFi is much quicker ( 30 minutes - 40 minutes max). I used to be with Clear Access on the same package and have never had these kind of problems everything was fast speed unfortunately they do not specialise in this area.

I do not RECOMMEND this provider AT ALL.
