Do not ever get Level 7 Wireless internet!

Level 7 wireless internet is by far the worst I have ever experience!! The first 2 days after the installation there was no internet and they told me it was because of a backhaul fault. After complaining, a few times, they said they made some changes and it should work. Our download speed was 4.78Mbps. I couldn't even open google on my laptop. I told them if the can't sort it out I would like to cancel. I didn't even had 5 days of internet in total and I must pay R3500 cancellation fee? There is no way I can pay for something i never received!! Worst service provider ever!
