Dissatisfied and disappointed
I asked at the end of october for my line at my old house to be cancelled at the end of November and a line to be installed at my new residence towards end of november. I enquired twice about when my line will be installed and was told it will be installed closer to December. Now it's December and no one is getting back to me about when it will be installed. First time I get such service from level 7. Very disappointed I have to write here in hopes I get a response

We understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused during the relocation process.
To clarify, we had to wait until the end of the month to request that the fibre provider deactivate the active line from the previous owner before activating your new connection. Unfortunately, fibre providers do not process such requests over the weekend, which means the request can only be processed today (Monday).
Throughout this process, we have aimed to keep all parties informed to ensure transparency and understanding.
We apologise if there was any confusion or miscommunication along the way.
If you have further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
We’re here to help and ensure that you enjoy your connection as soon as possible.
Regards Level-7
