Disgusting level of service
I've recently signed up for the 50/50 fibre line with Level 7 ISP and Evotel. I was informed by the Evotel that there were running a double up promotion on their line speeds and Level 7 is one of their ISP's that was providing this double up promotion. My account was debited on the 1st Feb but up till this date I've not received the double speed. Absolutely frustrating.
