Discerning Internet Users

<p>I have been a Level-7 client for a number of years. The level of client service they provide is "almost to good to be true." I usually receive a response on my support tickets within minutes - can you name one other ISP that even comes close to this? I seriously doubt it!</p> <p>From a tecnical perspective, the stability and performance of their "residential shaped" products are amazing - I hardly ever have any issues. The "support tickets" I log are usually for package upgrade / downgrades vs service stability problems.</p> <p>I am an IT professional (network engineer) for a large financial institution and work with a number of ISPs - my comments regarding Level-7 are therefore based on experience and not just "hot air."</p> <p>Give Level-7 a try - you won't be dissapointed! </p>
